At SeraVia Health, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below is a clear breakdown of how our shipping works so you always know what to expect.


Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight/size

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — watch your email and our site banners.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 days, contact us at support@seraviahealth.com and we’ll take care of it.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
SeraVia Health is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Missed deliveries

  • Re-shipment fees for returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We take shipping seriously — if something goes wrong, we’ll help.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, email us within 48 hours at support@seraviahealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will replace it ASAP.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” the carrier considers it completed.
For lost or stolen packages:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building manager

  2. Verify the address on the order

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If it can’t be located, email us — we’ll work with you on the next steps.
